Jay's Resort is right on beautiful Thousand Island Lake. Named for its size and many islands, Thousand Island Lake is spring-fed, clear and deep, the largest of the famous Cisco Chain of 15 Lakes.

Two of our ten 1 to 4 bedroom cottages are hand scribed full-log construction, and our boat fleet is second to none.  It includes 14 ft Lund fishing boats, 16 ft Lund Deluxe boat packages, and several 1st class pontoon boats. The public boat launch is located about a city block down the road from the resort.  There is ample docking for your own boat.  We take great pride in our resort and service, which offers excellent facilities for both families and sportsmen! We offer Satellite TV and Wireless Internet (WiFi).

Snowmobilers have access to the Western U.P. trail system directly from their door and cross-country skiers can enjoy miles and miles of cross-country trails in the nearby Sylvania Wilderness Area of the Ottawa National Forest. The 5 downhill ski resorts of Big Snow Country are less than a half an hour away. Unsurpassed beauty awaits you during your winter vacation in the U.P.
