NO SMOKING in #6, 7, 8 and 10, or carpeted boats and pontoons.
Deposits During Mid and Low Season = 1/3 the Rental Total
During the Summer Season -- ss = Saturday to Saturday - ff = Friday to Friday
PAYMENT OPTIONS - Payment is preferred by check, cash, or travelers checks. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted with a handling fee of 3%
RESERVATION DEPOSIT - 1/3 of the total rental of cottages and equipment

One 14 ft boat or one dock space for #00, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8
Two dock slips for #6, 7, 9, 10 and private homes (includes one 14 ft boat if needed)
Fee for additional dock slips
Children ages 3 & under free
$75/WK or $15/day for each guest over the base rate occupancy
Pets $75/WK with permission
(Must be over 1 year old, well controlled and cleaned up after.)
No pets are allowed at the Carlson Cottage and Carlson Guest House
There will be a $25 charge for cleaning Deluxe Boats and Pontoons if they are left with pet hair.
Life jackets must be worn by EVERYONE on paddle boats, canoes, and water trampoline
CANCELLATIONS - Deposits will be refunded or applied to a future reservationif the cottage or equipment can be re-rented
SECURITY DEPOSIT - On arrival a signed credit card form is required for security when renting motorized equipment or if you bring a pet.
