By supplying us with your credit card account information you are guaranteeing to pay for all room nights of your reservation.

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before arrival you will be charge a cancellation fee of $20.00. If you cancel less than 14 days of arrival, we will charge your credit card account for all the nights lodging at our double occupancy rate for the room/rooms reserved. We will try to re-rent the room/rooms for you and credit your account for the days re-rented. There will be a minimum charge of $20.00, plus a service charge of 3% of any credited amount, for rebooking.

If you change the dates and/or number of rooms of your reservation less than 14 days of arrival, you will be charged for those dates and/or rooms we are not able to rerent, at our double occupancy rate.

We will e-mail a date stamped confirmation to you with this policy included.
