RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY

A minimum of 50% of the total charge or one night's rent, whichever is greater, must accompany your reservation. In cases where phone reservations are made, we ask that payment by check, money order or credit card follow in one week's time. When payment is received, we will confirm the reservation in writing, thus, avoiding error. Cancellation refunds are subject to our re-renting the space and a service charge of $10.
